Upon completing your booking form, we will send you bank details for you to make payment. The room will be held once payment is received. If you need to cancel, please see the below refund amounts; 100% refundable if at least 14 days notice 50% refundable if at least 3 days notice No refunds will be given if less than 72 hours notice.
